This portal provides easy to use, 24/7 access to your ASPM-San Diego and account information.
As your Association's manager, ASPM is delighted to provide you with some helpful links that will answer many of the basic questions you may have about your account, your HOA, and how our Management Team can assist you.

Please Register and Login to Access your Account
Click the Register button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and follow the instructions.
Upon registration approval, you'll be sent an email link inviting you to create your password.
Once registered, you will be able to login and explore all the new options now available to you.
Online Payment Options Available!
Once logged into your Account go to Pay Assessments at the top of the page and select Make a One Time Payment, or Recurring Payment to set up a recurring payment.
Enter your payment details for a One-Time or Recurring Payment, and then submit!
Accepted Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, PayPal, AmericanExpress
Please be aware that there is a service fee charged by the payment processor:
3.25% fee for Credit Cards, $1.95 fee for E-Check payments.
Free ACH Payments
ASPM-San Diego offers a free ACH Payment option. Signing up for ACH Payments allows ASPM to withdraw your monthly assessments automatically, at no charge.
