We’re excited to introduce CEPHAI, a new AI-powered support assistant now available through your homeowner portal.
CEPHAI can help you quickly find information such as:
Your account balance and payment history
Governing documents and community rules

You can access CEPHAI anytime — it appears as a pop-up in the bottom right corner of your browser while using the portal.

In addition to the online payment options available on this portal, owners may also submit payments using the methods below.
1. Mail a Check (Lockbox)
Owners may mail a check to the Association’s lockbox payment address.
2. Bank Bill Pay (Through Your Financial Institution)
You may set up bill pay through your bank, which will mail a check on your behalf.
